Dundee Cold Stores has three highly efficient processing lines which clean, blanch, freeze and package fresh produce as it arrives into the facility. Using the latest technology, we can capture the freshness, flavour, texture, appearance and nutritional value of a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. Our skilled team monitors the washing, grading, preparation and sorting of the produce, ensuring the highest quality standards at all times.
Our extensive cold storage solutions achieve the optimal temperature quickly and efficiently to maintain product quality, with a capacity of 16,000 pallets at a temperature of -18°C.
Thanks to our dedicated team, we are able to maintain outstanding Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance and rating, and are proud to be a BRC-certified site.
